Technical Specifications
 
Global Modulars is using 40’ HC Shipping Containers for its standard products (Dimensions of each container: 40’ x 8’ x 9’).
The exterior of the product (Container) will be prepared and painted with required RAL color.
For electrical and plumbing needs, US construction codes will be used.
All the exterior doors and windows are impact proof.
Products are hurricane proof, earthquake proof, flood proof, solar friendly, slide resistant and eco friendly. Standard features may vary by location and model.
All the interior walls and ceiling will be insulated.
Floors will be covered by vinyl waterproof flooring (Unless other specified).
Kitchen furniture (sink dishwasher, a fridge + a single oven) and bathroom furniture (vanity, shower, toilet) are included with installation (Unless other specified).
The residential/commercial unit will be supplied with LED lighting, interior electrical distributions, plumbing and split A/C system.
The residential/commercial unit is solar ready.
Living room, bedroom, dining room furniture not included. 
Façade decorative covering elements are not included in the price. These and other decorative parts can be supplied with additional cost.
The producer supplies all technically required plans and provides support for permitting purposes.
Clients will be supplied with foundation type and plans.
